Job Description
- Responsibilities
Organize and prioritize incoming customer orders for processing
Accurately pick and pack items from inventory based on customer orders, ensuring product quality and adherence to packaging standards
Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements, update order statuses, and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with team members to optimize order fulfillment processes and meet daily shipping deadlines
Conduct regular quality checks on packed items to ensure order accuracy and completeness
Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality of products
Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to address any issues or discrepancies in the fulfillment process
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety guidelines and best practices
Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts, following safety protocols
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall efficiency of the fulfillment operations
