Overview:

The Customer Service Professional is responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:
  

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone email and chat.
    
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
    
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
    
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    

• Problem Solving:
  

  • Identify and troubleshoot customer problems.
    
  • Research and provide solutions to customer inquiries.
    
  • Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
    

• Administrative Tasks:
  

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
    
  • Update customer information in CRM systems.
    
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
    

• Teamwork:
  

  • Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service.
    
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
    

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
  
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  
• Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
  
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
