Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience in operating Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) and Horizontal Boring Mills (HBM). The ideal candidate will have 45 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and a strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operations.
Responsibilities:
. Set up and operate CNC machines such as HMC and HBM
. Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
. Troubleshoot and make adjustments to machines as needed
. Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
45 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
Proficiency in operating HMC and HBM
Strong understanding of CNC programming
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Attention to detail and quality
Strong problemsolving skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment
