Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance professional to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have 45 years of experience in CNC maintenance and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. The primary responsibilities include maintaining and repairing CNC machinery troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment. The successful candidate will have a proactive approach to maintenance strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:

. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery

. Troubleshoot and repair technical issues

. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems

. Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime

. Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation

. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

45 years of experience in CNC maintenance

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes

Proactive approach to maintenance

Excellent problemsolving skills

Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance

Strong technical knowledge in dental equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Proficiency in handling and repairing a wide range of dental products including dental engines, physio units, dental implant handpieces, and motors. Expertise in Dental CBCT (X-ray) systems and ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide technical support.
