What will you do

• Paid Campaigns: Create compelling ad copy for paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and others.
• Web UX Copy: Collaborate with the design and development teams to produce clear concise and userfriendly web copy that enhances the user experience and drives conversions.
• Blog Articles: Write insightful wellresearched blog articles that engage our target audience and establish Smart Rental as a thought leader in the rental industry.
• Branding Taglines & Slogans: Develop memorable taglines and slogans that capture the essence of our brand and resonate with our audience.
• Attractive & Catchy Copy: Craft attentiongrabbing copy for various marketing materials including emails newsletters brochures and social media posts.
• Translation & Localization: Assist in the translation and localization of design materials to ensure they are culturally relevant and effective for Englishspeaking markets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team designers product managers and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels.
• Editing & Proofreading: Review and edit content for accuracy grammar and style to maintain high standards of quality.

What do we look for

• Native English speaker with exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Advanced spanish levelProven experience as a copywriter preferably within the marketing or advertising industries.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and the ability to write for different channels and formats.
• Ability to create content that aligns with brand guidelines and voice.
• Experience in writing SEOfriendly copy and understanding basic SEO principles is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the Real Estate and Hospitality industry is an advantage but not required.
