About the role
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who has proven experience within a client relationship account management or customer success position. As an Account Manager at Validis you will be responsible for managing and nurturing a portfolio of key client accounts in the audit industry. Your primary focus will be on driving client satisfaction promoting product usage and adoption and encouraging longterm partnerships that lead to retention and growth.At Validis we take pride in becoming a close partner with our customers. You will play a lead role interacting with youre assigned customers on aweekly basisto create the necessary trust required to build upon this relationships. Youll leverage your accounting industry expertise and account management skills to deliver exceptional value to clients. By implementing best practices and staying attuned to client needs youll play a crucial role in ensuring the success and expansion of Validis client relationships.
