Accounting Manager
Costa Mesa CA $110k$125k FullTime Onsite Real Estate/Family Office
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a detailoriented handson Accounting Manager to join their accounting/finance team. As a standalone Accounting Manager you will be responsible for the general oversight of the accounting procedures of the entity and will report directly to the Controller.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a detailoriented handson Accounting Manager to join their accounting/finance team. As a standalone Accounting Manager you will be responsible for the general oversight of the accounting procedures of the entity and will report directly to the Controller.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Accurately prepare and review financial statements
- Implement and maintain internal control procedures as needed to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting
- Oversee and manage the monthend close processes
- Oversee general accounting functions as it relates to GL AP AR and tax compliance
- Provide assistance with budgeting and forecasting as needed
- Support internal and external audit processes as needed
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- 47 years of experience in accounting or related field
- CPA license is a plus
- Prior experience working in a family office/investment setting is a plus
- Strong reconciliation experience required
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using Excel (entry to midlevel)
