Job Description
Manage the tendering team, setting the process and best strategy for each tender package.
Review the tender documentations issued by the development/design team to assure its reflection to our tendering directions, including the bill of quantities, method of measurements, specifications, and drawings.
Prepare and review with the contracts team the conditions of contract to be issued with each tender package and choose its best template.
Prepare the escalation formulas, compensation mechanism under each package.
