Collaborate with MEA Field Service Operation management team to identify training needs,
Define & build training calendar according to needs & business priority : Remote and In-Class sessions (blended approach)
Scheduling of resources (trainers, virtual studios, training rooms with appropriate equipment’s)
Optimize scheduling of training sessions and balance sessions between urgencies (business priority) and planned trainings.
Initiation of training calendar in FS training global booking portal (TCM).
Ensure training learning path compliance
Provide training portal support to MEA Services Managers and trainers
Management of all notifications to the participants (rescheduling, confirmations, etc.)
Training waiting list follow up and prioritization
Place orders for spare parts, material, logistic and subcontracting when needed according to Schneider process
Taking responsibility to ensure the annual charge back is complete for all countries in MEA on a monthly / quarterly basis.
Submit and maintain proper training records, activities and other required reports and forms.
Close collaboration with regional FS training centers (Europe, APAC, SAM): regular review meetings related to global training portal and online training catalogue updates
Prioritize numerous competing tasks; continuously monitoring the progress of work whilst communicating any delays to the relevant people.
Identify and maintain relationship with all support
Develop proper relations with relevant departments through constructive dialogue.
