Job Description
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the mall's network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks
Manage and maintain server systems, workstations, and other IT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and security
Provide technical support to staff, tenants, and customers, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly
Implement and enforce security measures to protect the IT systems and data from threats such as malware, unauthorized access, and cyberattacks
Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality of service
Coordinate and oversee IT projects, such as network upgrades, system installations, and software implementations
