Job Title: Community Facilitator

Location: Sihanoukville/Koh Kong

Responsibilities:

• Other tasks assigned by management
• Plan manage and coordinate fieldbased activities involving with community fisheries in (Kampot Kep Koh Kong and Preah Sihanouk)
• Facilitate and arrange fieldbased activities such as dissemination workshop training reporting and other adhoc work when necessary
  
• Provide technical advice and general support on program implementation to community fisheries and other beneficiaries
• Liaise with local authorities civil society development partners and other relevant stakeholders on program implementation
• Communicate and facilitate with central project team to ensure smooth and timely program implementation
  

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree above natural resource management environment rural development related field

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in working with community fisheries in Kampot Kep Koh Kong and Preah Sihanouk
• Must be flexible willing to perform other duties and occasionally irregular hours.
• Fluency in Khmer and working knowledge of English both written and spoken is required.

Working Hours:

• Mon Fri: 8:30am5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
