Brief overview of the role:
Provide customer support to bank clients via calls emails WhatsApp and chat platforms delivering exceptional service and promoting innovative digital banking products in the German market.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries regarding banking services account openings password resets transfers etc.
- Manage backoffice tasks such as responding to emails and WhatsApp messages.
- Promote banking products.
- Adhere to transparency requirements providing information about the purpose features and risks of various investment products in line with applicable internal and external regulations.
- Report and monitor any anomalies in applications.
- Meet quality standards and sales targets set by the organization.
Requirements:
Education: Preference for degrees in Business Administration Mathematics or Law.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Access).
Languages: Fluency in German at a C2 level.
