Lionsgate Contractors are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a valued client in Plymouth for a 23 month contract with the possibility of going permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office including handling phone calls emails and correspondence
- Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
- Prepare and maintain documents reports and records with accuracy
- Assist with data entry filing and other clerical tasks as needed
- Support team members with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle office supplies and inventory management
- Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Proactive reliable and able to work independently
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting
