Job Description
Job Summary:
- Monitor patients conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
- Observe and interpret patients symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and fellow nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
- Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements administering injections and maintaining patient charts.
- Adjust and administer patient medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Provide immediate medical care in emergencies.
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.
- Expand your knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops conferences etc.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse.
- At least 2 years of experience in ICU ER or PACU.
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
- Expertise in emergency care.
- Indepth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation decontamination etc.) with a commitment to following them at all times.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible compassionate and patientfocused with excellent problemsolving skills.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- A valid nursing license.
