- Hotel Reservation Management: Handle all aspects of hotel reservations from inquiries and bookings to confirming room availability.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients via phone email and inperson assisting with reservations changes cancellations and any special requests.
- Seamless CheckIn/CheckOut: Guide clients through checkin and checkout processes ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.
- Transaction Processing: Collect payment information process reservations and issue invoices or receipts with precision.
