Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering with at least 4 years as a Drywall Project Manager or at least 8 years of applicable work experience
- At least 3years of experience as a Drywall Project Manager.
- Working knowledge of the following trade softwares: Bluebeam OnScreentakeoff Planswift.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel Publisher Word and Outlook
- Proficient with reading blueprints and project specifications.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (Verbal & Written)
- Ability to prioritize work maintain a positive attitude and maintain composure in stressful situations.
- High Level of Organization.
- SelfStarter w/ High Level of Motivation
- MultiTasker
