Overview: As an Automatic ScreenPrinting Machine Operator you will play a crucial role in the production process by efficiently operating the machine to print highquality multicolor designs on textiles. Your ability to ensure consistent output maintain machine efficiency and adhere to quality standards will contribute significantly to our clients success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately mount screens in the specified sequence on the automatic screenprinting machine.
• Prepare and load printing paste into the machines automatic feed pan.
• Configure machine settings including speed swing and pressure to optimize print quality for various textile types and designs.
• Initiate machine operation and conveyor belt to process textile articles.
• Conduct regular inspections of printed articles to identify and address any color misalignment or defects.
• Make necessary adjustments to screen positioning to ensure accurate color placement within the design.
• Remove foreign matter from screens to prevent irregularities in printing paste flow.
• Address any screen leaks by applying tape to the coated portion.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain machine efficiency and longevity.
• Strictly follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
