QA QC Manager

Quality Assurance/Quality Control Managers need strong managerial skills and a commitment to safety and quality. Duties and responsibilities include:Establishing and implementing the quality standards for Blow & Injection Moulded products or servicesMonitoring quality testing and identifying gaps in the testingStaying current on laws and regulations to ensure complianceOverseeing the quality assurance teamControlling the documentation procedures for attending Quality, Environment, Health & safety audits annually. Training other employees on quality proceduresHandling quality reports and documentationCollecting and analyzing quality assurance dataWorking with suppliers to ensure the quality of suppliesInspect products or services to determine whether they meet quality standardsWrite detailed reports to explain their results to production managers and corporate leadershipHold meetings with production or service managers to gather detailed information about company procedures and practicesReview company procedures and practices to ensure they comply with local, provincial, and federal regulationsAttend meetings with senior management to report on and discuss quality control issuesTrain employees to meet quality standards in all areas of the production processMonitor finished products to confirm their compliance with quality standards and remove those which fail to complyFor ensuring that the company’s products meet quality standards and regulations.Responsible for creating and enforcing the quality standards, procedures and policies for the company.To work with the QA/QC team on testing and quality standards, but also work with employees in general to ensure they understand the quality standards that are required throughout the process.Should handle data related to quality to analyze the company’s performance as well as quality reports and documentation that are required as part of the QA procedures.To make sure that a company’s products or services meet the standards expected by customers. They can also help a business improve its procedures, work more efficiently, and identify problems that need to be addressed.Should carry out regular inspections to determine whether product or service standards are being met. They will also hold meetings with manufacturing or service managers to gain more information about day-to-day operations.
