Events Manager NUQ

Additionally, this role manages external requests from external stakeholders, coordinating and planning events and initiatives in close collaboration with relevant operational departments. Furthermore, the Manager will collaborate with counterparts from Partner Universities within Qatar Foundation (QF) to foster networking and maintain strong relationships with vendors across Doha. The incumbent will also manage the coffee shop and pop-up vendors within the NU-Q building and serve as an advisor to all NU-Q departments for event and catering needs.The Events Manager is responsible for conducting post-event analysis and reporting to review successes and identify areas of improvement. The role works in close collaboration with support from the Communications and Public Affairs team to inform and address the communication needs for events, ensuring comprehensive promotional strategies
