Job Description

  • We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented HR Executive to join our human resources team.
  • The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.


Requirements

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Source screen and interview candidates to fill open positions.
    • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
    • Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees when necessary.
    • Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Performance Management:

    • Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
    • Support managers in conducting performance reviews and setting employee goals.
    • Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them improve their performance.
  • Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
    • Organize workshops seminars and other professional development activities.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Compensation and Benefits:

    • Administer payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
    • Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other perks.
    • Conduct salary benchmarking and participate in compensation surveys.
  • HR Administration:

    • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HR databases.
    • Prepare and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
    • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decisionmaking.
