IT support Engineer- Fresher

Responsibilities:

Fully support configure maintain and upgrade Desktops MFP s corporate networks and servers

setting up and installing new computers networks and software

setting up user accounts and profiles on the network

Install and integrate new server hardware and applications and Keep an eye out for needed updates.

Support and administer thirdparty applications

Ensure network security and connectivity

Monitor network performance (availability utilization throughput goodput and latency) and test for weaknesses.

Resolve problems reported by end user

Specify system requirements and design solutions

Research and make recommendations on server system administration.

Knowledge with firewalls Internet VPN s remote implementation troubleshooting and problem resolution is desired

Ability to set up and configure server hardware

Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies

Great at organizing prioritizing and multitasking

maintaining inventories of hardware and software

keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions for future reference
