Receptionist with Admin Role (After Hours)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Receptionist with Admin role is a key position in our team responsible for managing afterhours communication rostering basic bookkeeping and responding to emails. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in NDIS operations experience with Xero and EZengoo and excellent communication skills..

Qualifications:
Must have a strong understanding and experience with the NDIS Industry
Proven experience in using Xero for bookkeeping and EZengoo (or similar software) for rostering.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Ability to manage time effectively prioritize tasks and work independently during afterhours.
Strong customer service skills with a commitment to providing exceptional support to clients and staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls after business hours (5 PM 1 AM) with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist in scheduling and managing staff rosters ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
Perform routine bookkeeping tasks such as data entry invoicing and expense tracking using Xero.
Monitor and respond to emails promptly providing clear and concise communication.
Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Create and maintain filing systems
Ensure all details and information that is entered in the database is current and accurate
