Participate in developing Environmental Frameworks Policies Strategies to shape the companys Environmental Stewardship culture with internal and external stakeholders
Develop the communication plan/partnerships program with stakeholders including NGOs government and businesses to maximize opportunities for strategically important environmental partnerships (to enable Company ecological risks to be better managed)
Enhance Company reputation and Integrate sustainability through environmental initiatives and awareness campaigns by showing stakeholders the value of the environment and tools and systems that they can consider in their daily life both inside and outside of work
Build the fundamentals of the desired culture by integrating various educational/training programs across the Department to support the new environmental stewardshipled culture evolution
Develop environmental communication campaigns enable people to be environmental stewards in Company and open opportunities for stakeholder s participation in conservation planning and management
Assess the opportunities in implementing new technologies and innovation for the success of environmental stewardship
Provide a strategic engagement interface with Company sectors/divisions with regards to environmental and sustainability messaging
Coordinate engagement with KSA Ministry for Environment Water & Agriculture as well as future Company Authority entities including Environment Department and Nature Reserve.
Requirements
2 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong ability to craft clear compelling messages tailored to different audiences.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in different situations with limited supervision.
Excellent communication skills with a prominent level of English and Arabic (preferably).
Bachelor s degree in Environmental Planning Environmental Science Environmental engineer or Environmental related degree
