HUMINT Strategic DebrieferScreener

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HUMINT Strategic Debriefer/Screener to join our team. This role is critical for gathering and analyzing human intelligence through strategic debriefing and screening activities directly supporting highstakes intelligence operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct strategic debriefings and screenings to collect and analyze vital human intelligence.
  

• Operate within the DoD FORMICA program managing IC Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) and leveraging HUMINT collection databases.
  

• Support counterintelligence (CI) operations by acting as a HUMINT agent in dynamic environments.
  

• Prepare and deliver briefings that clearly articulate complex intelligence findings to senior leadership.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Completion of the Defense Strategic Debriefing Course (DSDC) or Joint Interrogation Certification Course (JICC).
  

• Experience:
  

• MidLevel: At least four years of HUMINT experience with relevant MOS codes (e.g. 18F 35M 97B 97E 35E).
  

• Senior Level: Extensive experience in strategic debriefing and HUMINT operations including deployment in highthreat environments with relevant MOS codes.
  

• Clearance: TS/SCI
  

• Skills:
  

• Indepth knowledge of HUMINT methodologies databases and the DoD FORMICA program.
  

• Proficiency in debriefing screening and investigative techniques.
  

• Strong communication and briefing skills to effectively present intelligence data to senior leaders.
