Responsible for all operations activities e.g. Incident management change management service request
Understanding of the Digital Industry with a focus on Digital Workplace domain including Voice Video Conferencing services and other collaboration services
Detailed understanding of ITIL framework
Exposure and inclination towards Analytics and Numbers
Good Analytical skills well versed with MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) to prepare proposals financial business cases and data analysis
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand user requirements and provide technical support for Zoomrelated queries
Manage and administer the Zoom platform including user and DID provisioning permissions management and integration with other tools
Implement and enforce security best practices including encryption authentication and access controls to protect sensitive information
Stay updated with the latest Zoom features and updates and evaluate their applicability to our business needs
Assist in training employees and clients on how to use Zoom features effectively and functionalities
Analyze usage data and generate reports to identify trends usage patterns and areas for improvement
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Zoom with other communication tools and systems
Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to audio video and connectivity during Zoom session
Requirements
Total 6 10 Years of industry experience
Experience with Tier 1 & 2 Global Infrastructure Services Providers
Experience in Infra operations or delivery will be looked at positively
Excellent Written and Business Communication skills
Interpersonal skills: Understands Ways of Working Works seamlessly with peer groups Ability to connect with Sales and technology teams
