Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Google Search YouTube and Bing Ad strategies that align with client goals.
- Create and execute YouTube Ad strategies to complement existing campaigns.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
Campaign Management:
- Create manage and optimize Google Search YouTube and Bing Ad campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics making datadriven adjustments to improve results.
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad copy creatives keywords and bidding strategies.
- Continuously monitor and adjust bids to ensure optimal ad placement and cost efficiency.
Ad Copy and Creative Development:
- Write compelling and effective ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
- Ensure all ad creatives are consistent with the client s brand and messaging guidelines.
- Collaborate with the media team and clients to brief and develop engaging video ad content for YouTube to drive viewer engagement and conversions.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate detailed performance reports and provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Monitor YouTube video performance and work with the media team to optimize content.
- Utilize Google Analytics Bing Webmaster Tools HubSpot Looker Studio and other tools to track and measure campaign success.
- Provide regular updates to clients on campaign performance insights and strategic recommendations.
- Use data to identify trends and insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation in campaign strategies.
Budget Management:
- Manage campaign budgets effectively ensuring optimal resource allocation to achieve desired results.
- Conduct bid management and optimization to maximize ad spend efficiency.
- Forecast budget requirements and track actual spend against the budget.
Client Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their Google Search YouTube and Bing Ad campaigns.
- Provide regular updates performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams including SEO content and design to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.
- Attend client meetings and presentations to discuss campaign performance and future strategies.
Platform Setup and Configuration:
- Assist clients with the initial setup and configuration of Google Ads YouTube ad accounts and Bing Ads.
- Ensure proper tracking implementation using tools like Google Tag Manager Google Analytics and Bing Universal Event Tracking (UET).

Compliance and Best Practices:
