About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Officer to join our team in Malta. This role is perfect for someone with a solid foundation in IT systems who is eager to grow and take on more responsibilities. While we offer hybrid work flexibility the nature of the job will require you to be in the office regularly to handle hardware and networking issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for Citco systems ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Manage and administer Windows systems and Azure environments.

Resolve networking issues and assist with the setup and maintenance of hardware.

Collaborate with the IT team to ensure all systems are running efficiently and securely.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience working with Citco CCNA Azure and Windows systems (administration experience preferred).

Strong command of the English language both written and spoken.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to be in the office as needed for handson tasks.
