Job Opportunity: HR Executive
Location: Palamaner India
Experience: 23 Years in HR
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing recruitment overseeing employee relations and contributing to HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment efforts using Naukri and other platforms.
- Oversee the entire hiring process from candidate screening to onboarding.
- Support global recruitment initiatives.
- Foster a positive work environment and manage employee relations.
- Report directly to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 23 years of relevant HR experience particularly in recruitment and staff management.
- Proficiency in the Naukri portal.
- Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Preference for local candidates or those willing to relocate to Palamaner.
