Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment efforts using Naukri and other platforms.
• Oversee the entire hiring process from candidate screening to onboarding.
• Support global recruitment initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment and manage employee relations.
• Report directly to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 23 years of relevant HR experience particularly in recruitment and staff management.
• Proficiency in the Naukri portal.
• Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Preference for local candidates or those willing to relocate to Palamaner.
