Datarails is a SaaS B2B solution that tackles one of the biggest challenges in financial departments: the overflowing amount of data that up until now was managed by tons of Excel sheets. We take this scattered and unstructured data and consolidate it into a single source of truth enabling finance professionals to follow it manage it and create the everneeded order within the realm of finances.
We are seeking a highly skilled User Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and managing performance marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and maximize ROI. You will leverage the latest advertising technologies and datadriven strategies to optimize campaign performance across multiple digital channels. This role requires a mix of creativity analytical skills and handson experience with largescale campaigns.
What Youll Do:
- Develop and implement paid marketing strategies that align with our business goals leveraging the latest advertising technologies
- Create manage and optimize largescale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads YouTube Facebook LinkedIn TikTok and other platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and conduct regular data analysis to identify trends provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with creative and ad agencies to produce highquality campaigns offering input on creative copy banners and videos
- Utilize analytics tools to generate insights and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities

Requirements :
- 3 years of experience managing largescale campaigns ($100k per month) a must
- Proven experience with multiple user acquisition channels including Google LinkedIn TikTok Meta DV360 and other ad networks
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in datadriven optimization
- Deep understanding of creatives including experience with creative ideation brief writing leveraging data to improve creatives A/B testing and deriving learnings
- A growthoriented mindset with adaptability and a drive for continuous improvement
- Experience with Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Excel including managing large data sets
- A cando attitude with a handson approach and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English
