In this crucial role of you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the hotels operation ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and the safety and security of our property.
Overseeing mainly Front Office: telephones porters security parking.
Effective supervision of guest arrivals and departures ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes
Has responsibility is to oversee all outlets and assist where needed including Housekeeping and the Food and Beverage outlets
Dealing and resolving appropriately with any guest complaints
Must have already have a valid visa to work in New Zealand
Qualifications :
Experience in similar role will be advantageous or hotel experience
Full drivers license preferred
Able to hold a Managers certificate and obtain LCQ
