NonTier MBA 9 yrs to 17yrs
Tier MBA 6 to 14 yrs

1.BA Skillsbusiness process definition requirements gathering Functional designs product solution design proficiency in writing complex BRD FSD and user stories

2.Domain SkillsDetailed knowledge of trade life cycle in Commodity trading domain (Energy Agri metals concentrates). Broad exposure (dealtocash) and specialization in front office functions of Commodity Trading landscape – deal capture deal pricing Hedging PnL Valuation close of business Derivatives trade capture commodity contracts P&L Hedging Order Management

3.Excellent Comm Skills
