Position Overview: As a Junior Business Developer you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by identifying and engaging with potential clients. You will focus on generating new business opportunities and nurturing relationships to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research prospective clients within targeted industries and regions.
- Reach out to potential clients through cold calling email outreach and networking platforms to introduce our recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decisionmakers and key stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and pain points to effectively propose our recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with senior business developers to develop tailored client acquisition strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales business development or customer relationship management is preferred but not required for entrylevel candidates.
