Qualifications

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• 5 years of proven handson experience in fulllifecycle tech recruitment.
• Indepth understanding of technical skills and roles across software development IT engineering etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
