Data Engineer - Python DB

Location Bangalore (UK Shift)


Key Responsibilities

Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements analyze and refine stories design solutions implement them test them and support them in production

Use data BDD techniques collaborating closely with users analysts developers and other testers. Make sure we are building the right thing.

Skills and experience

Python data engineer ETL Pyspark Pandas.

Proficiency in Python with pandas numpy datetimere.

Proficiency in English communication to discuss with UK/US/Germany stakeholder management

Proficiency in data transformation from raw data using Python code like group by filter pivot rank merge join function lambda function and loop.

Proficiency in handling large datasets in Python.

Create a data pipeline for reading data from API and storing data on the database.

Proficiency in API management in data pipelines.

Highperformance SQL data access SQL scripts

Experience in Google Cloud (GCP) solutions Good to have

Practical experience in building data engineering solutions.

Familiar with version control systems such as GIT

Experience working in an agile team practising Scrum Kanban or XP
