Join our dynamic team at our Language Academy as a Freelancer Customer Service Agent. We are looking for passionate individuals who can deliver exceptional customer service and have a knack for upselling our tuition services.
As a key customer service team member you will be the frontline in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting our educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver TopNotch Customer Service.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively ensuring high customer satisfaction.
2. Bilingual Communication.
Provide excellent support in both English and Chinese ensuring clear and professional communication with all customers.
3. Upselling Services.
Identify opportunities to upsell our tuition packages and additional services to current and prospective clients which will increase revenue.
Working Hours:
1. Weekdays (Mon Wed Thu Fri).
Morning Shift: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Afternoon Shift: 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
2. Weekends (Compulsory).
8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
*Note: Tuesdays are off days.*
Rate:
RM10 per hour
