Job Description
Open Position: Account Manager (IT Service Provider Company)
An IT Service Provider Company is currently hiring Account Manager to join them in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
1) More than 5 years experience working in the IT industry managing CRM/Software/Infrastructure product solutions.
2) Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
3) Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
4) Ensuring profit objectives are met and also making sure client s IT and business satisfaction in the delivery of IT services.
5) Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
6) Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
7) Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
8) Holding at least bachelor s Degree Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business and IT related field.
9) Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
