Job Description
Were hiring a Sales Officer
For a leading FMCG Industry
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
Lead and mentor junior sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decisionmakers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities including upselling and crossselling
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
Develop and deliver complex sales presentations and pitches to clients
Negotiate and close highvalue sales agreements
Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services
Stay organized and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements
3 years of sales experience (preferably in a similar industry)
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
1. Meet and Greet Customers: - Welcome customers to the showroom - Determine their needs and preferences 2. Product Presentation: - Showcase products and their features - Explain benefits and value proposition 3. Sales and Orders: - Process sales and orders accurately - Handle cash and credit transactions 4. Customer Service: - Provide exceptional customer service - Handle customer complaints and issues 5. Inventory Management: - Maintain accurate inventory levels - Restock and replenish products as needed 6. Visual Merchandising: - Create visually appealing displays and arrangements - Maintain showroom appearance and organization 7. Sales Targets and Goals: - Meet and exceed sales targets and goals - Monitor and report sales performance 8. Product Knowledge: - Stay up-to-date with product information and features - Attend product training and workshops 9. Teamwork and Collaboration: - Work collaboratively with colleagues - Support and assist team members 10. Showroom Maintenance: - Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization - Report any maintenance or repair needs
