Job Description
Our important client is currently looking for a SAP PM for a 12month contract in Brussels.
A SAP Project manager and/or program manager as the following role & responsibilities :
Coordinate upfront the project when necessary studies RFI or RFP. s
Establish & maintain a strong relation with the customer the project team and the project s stakeholders
Ensure that guidances procedures tools methodology are used/applied during the project
Responsible of all project management deliverables of the project (Project plan project planning projects status reports KPI ) and reponsibles of all product deliverables of the project.
Ensure daily followup of the project ( scope planning budget actions plan Risk and problem log products deliverables resources )
Supervise guide and motivate the project team members also in term of conflict resolution.
Play the role as mediator between the customer and the IT department
Strict control of any deviation in term of budget scope planning.
Ensure the change management by involving endusers within the project results
the customer satisfaction management the project s communication and training s organisation.
Play the role as mediator between the customer and the IT department
Manage dependencies with other projects
Responsible to deliver the project on time the deliver project with high quality standard this apply to any byproducts of the project.
Responsible for the transition from project to the BASU ( business as usual) in service mode during the project close out.
Requirements
Candidates profile :
Bachelor or master degree in informatic science economics engineering or equivalent
Fluent in English
Knowledge of FR or NL
Proven Experience in S/4 Hana project(s) as project and/or program manager for minimum 2 years
Proven Experience in S/4 Hana project(s) as project and/or program manager in the utilities sector
Proven experience to plan complex tasks ( high number of tasks tasks with a lot of dependencies )
Proven experience in project portfolio management
Proven experience in the application of SDLC methodology
Knowledge in architecture & release mgt principles
Good communication skills
Summarization & and simple presentation making skills
Team player
Autonomous at work
Proven experience in project s mgt tools : at least planview
Certification in project management methodology ( Prince2 PMBOK )
Proven experience as project manager on big project ( > 3000 mdays) with more than 4 tracks
and/or Proven experience as program manager on program containing more than 4 projects
Proven experience as Project or project manager minimum 15 years
Proven experience in the utilities sector minimum 8 years
Proven experience in minimum 2 sucessfull SAP related projects (completed) in the utility sector
Good knowledge in MS Office 365 : excel(including pivot tables graphs functions ) powerpoint word
Good communication skills
