Job Description
We seek an experienced and detailoriented Project Manager to lead and manage reporting processes for our public and EUlevel projects. This role is pivotal to ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop organize and manage project reporting processes for public sector and EUlevel projects ensuring compliance with all quality standards and submission timelines.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g. manufacturing R&D) and external partners to gather synthesize and present project data.
- Write review and edit highquality project documentation including scientific reports funding reports and project summaries.
- Facilitate internal and external communications ensuring clear information exchange and alignment with project and company goals.
- Lead and contribute to the preparation and submission of project applications securing funding and fostering partnerships.
Profile Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management specifically in reporting for Europe research programs.
- Education: A scientific background in plant science industrial biotechnology or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Proven organizational and analytical skills to handle complex project data and reporting structures.
- Strong interpersonal skills to support teamwork and maintain productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Bonus: Expertise in writing project applications is a strong plus.
- Bonus: Experience managing social media channels to enhance project visibility and engagement with stakeholders.
