JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Nuclear Medicine Technologist:
- Performs both clinical and research nuclear medicine testing and therapeutic procedures including general studies cardiac studies and the computer interactions associated with these studies.
- Performs clinical instruction for nuclear medicine students and other personnel as needed.
- Contributes to the development of policies procedures standards and objectives and quality assurance needs for the provision of Nuclear Medicine services.
- Hours Monday Friday 9am530pm no weekends except call coverage
- Is required to take rotating call coverage including evenings weekends and holidays. More details Call will be every 12 days. It will be 24 hours if it falls on a weekend (example 7a Saturday through 7a Sunday) OR 14 hours if it falls on a weeknight (5p7a). You will receive call pay for carrying a pager and overtime and shift differentials if called in.
Requirements
MustHaves:
- Graduate of an accredited program in Nuclear Medicine. Associates or Baccalaureate Degree in Nuclear Medicine is required.
- Active ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology or active NMTCB (CNMT) certification.
- Vermont Nuclear Medicine Technologist license or eligibility to obtain state license.
- This position requires verification of your college transcript. Please be prepared to provide a copy should you be invited for an interview.
NiceToHaves:
- Epic EMR experience
- PET/CT experience
- Level I trauma center experience
- One year of paid nuclear medicine technologist experience

SIGN ON BONUS & RELOCATION ELIGIBLE:
