Support Staff: 9 APPs 1 MA LVNs and RNs

Duties:

Acute Visits

FM Clinical procedures

Chronic Care Management

Prescribe Controlled Medications

EMR: Cerner

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active CA License

Clean Record
