As a Senior Recruiter you will be instrumental in leading endtoend recruitment processes and managing a diverse range of positions within the Australian sector. Job Description:
- Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract highcaliber candidates with a focus on Australia and/or New Zealand industry talent pools.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry networks and global clients.
- Conduct thorough interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Regularly analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and create reports.
Requirements
- At least 35 years of recruitment experience preferably within the global market and agency industry.
- Solid recruitment experience in D365 or Microsoft Ecosystem PowerPlatform M365 and similar.
- Has a headhunter and sales mindset and a hunger for success.
- Proven success in managing the endtoend recruitment process for D365 or Microsoft Ecosystem PowerPlatform M365 and similar.
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Resilient proactive resourceful and passionate in finding the right candidates.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Setup and Location: Officebased/Hybrid/Remote (Ortigas Alabang Pampanga or Cebu)
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)

All interviews and other hiring requirements are done virtually or through video calls or emails.
Requirements 3+ yrs of strong IT recruitment experience (end-to-end hiring cycle) in the US region. Strong command of talent sourcing through direct/passive channels. Must have strong knowledge on job boards like Dice & Monster Should be familiar with US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C, etc.) & work authorizations. Should be familiar with IT resource market of North America region. Ability to establish networking through social media such as LinkedIn Strong communication & client interaction skills Experience in advanced sourcing techniques. Experience with Ceipal is a plus not mandatory.
