Job Description
Role Description:
1. Supports in documentation of Operations process flow for project utilising VAM product knowledge
2. Helps in documentation of UAT scenarios and test cases supports BCAPD in UAT
3. Trains and coaches BCAPD on VAM product understanding and use
4. Supports postgo live operations process as part of year 1 scope
Years of Experience: 1012yrs
Primary Skillset (must have):
Process/ test cases Documentation. Handson experience in Virtual Account Mgmt(VAM) Product
experience in other VAM products like TietoEvry VAM iGTB VAM Finacle VAM etc. can also be considered.
