Job Title: Chef De Partie Pastry
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present a wide variety of pastries desserts and baked goods according to established recipes and standards
Work closely with the Executive Pastry Chef to plan and execute menus that meet the needs and preferences of our guests
Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain high standards of food quality hygiene and safety at all times
Train and supervise junior pastry chefs to ensure consistency and quality in all pastry preparations
Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Keep uptodate with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve and innovate our pastry offerings
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef De Partie Pastry or similar role
Excellent knowledge of pastry and baking techniques
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Creativity and passion for creating unique and delicious pastries
High attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Valid food handling and sanitation certification
Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field is a plus
