Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social
Worker (LCSW) to join our Eagle River team. This role is pivotal in
providing holistic mental health services that empower clients to
achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life.
$70000 $85000/Year Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs
strengths and treatment objectives.
Design and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidencebased
therapeutic techniques.
Facilitate individual group and family therapy sessions addressing
issues such as anxiety depression trauma substance abuse and
relationship challenges.
Collaborate with clients their support systems and the treatment team
to ensure coordinated care and monitor treatment progress.
Conduct crisis interventions and risk assessments prioritizing client
safety and wellbeing.
Advocate for clients by connecting them with essential community
resources and services.
Maintain accurate clinical records ensuring all documentation aligns
with legal and ethical standards.
Participate in team meetings case consultations and supervision
sessions to enhance professional growth and care quality.
Stay current with the latest research best practices and trends in
clinical social work through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
Valid Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas.
A minimum of 1 year of postlicensure experience in a mental health setting.
Expertise in conducting assessments developing treatment plans and
implementing evidencebased interventions.
Strong communication and crisis management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a
multidisciplinary team.
Dedication to diversity cultural competence and social justice in
clinical practice.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
