Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full endtoend global talent acquisition process
- Source global talent through innovative and creative platforms
- Identify candidates that have the skill and experience for a specific role
- In addition identify candidates that are aligned with our unique culture
- Approach entice and headhunt potential candidates to join our global team
- Build strong internal relationships with hiring managers and key internal stakeholders
- Ensure all talent acquisition documentation is accurate validated and stored correctly
Requirements:
- 2 years talent acquisition experience with a reputable agency or corporate
- Two years experience in a global talent acquisition role preferable
- Welldeveloped talent sourcing and enticing capability
- Certification in talent sourcing preferable
- Bachelor or honors degree preferable
- Good communication skills
- High level of admin organization and process skills
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Ability to excel in a fast high performing global company
