Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect specializing in Cloud Services to join our team. The successful candidate will design and implement Azurebased solutions that align with the organizations business objectives and technical requirements. This role involves close collaboration with development operations and security teams to ensure efficient integration optimization and security of Azure services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Implementation: Develop and document architectural solutions leveraging Azure services ensuring alignment with organizational principles and standards.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive design documentation including architecture diagrams data flow diagrams deployment guides and operational procedures.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with development and operations teams to integrate Azure services into the overall platform.
  • Partner with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with security best practices and cloud environment standards.
  • Coordinate with other Solution Architects specializing in various domains to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions.
• Technical Guidance: Provide mentorship to implementation and operations teams on Azure best practices and technologies.
• Optimization: Oversee the deployment configuration and optimization of Azure resources for high performance scalability and reliability.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Azure features and industry trends to enhance the platforms architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years in designing and implementing cloud solutions with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven experience in the architecture and design of complex cloudbased solutions.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Handson experience with Azure services (e.g. Azure Virtual Machines Azure App Services Azure Functions Azure Storage Azure SQL Database Azure Kubernetes Service).
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of network architecture and security best practices in Azure.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Elastic stack Azure Monitor Log Analytics and Application Insights.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent certification preferred.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
