Job Description
- Participate in Agile sprints each lasting 1 week and contribute to architecturerelated activities.
- Produce and maintain architecture materials to ensure highquality deliverables throughout projects.
- Provide expert guidance monitor control and review architecture implementation across multiple programs and projects.
- Ensure coherency across programs and projects making certain that architecture standards and guidelines are consistently applied.
- Enforce the use of design guidance and patterns across programs and projects to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and seamless implementation of architectural strategies.
- Contribute to sprint planning meetings defining the scope and content of each sprint.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Communication and Information Systems (CIS) engineering and design including experience with communication systems networks infrastructure and security.
- Solid experience in system architecture and design particularly in large and complex CIS environments.
- Expertise in Enterprise and Capability architecture enabling the development of coherent and efficient solutions.
- Experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Familiarity with CISrelated international commercial and industrial standards to guide and align projects with best practices.
- Proven ability to implement and oversee virtualization cloud technologies and monitoring and control systems for largescale projects.
- Security clearance required for handling sensitive systems and classified data.
- Lead the development and maintenance of architecture materials for complex systems.
- Guide teams through architecture implementation processes and ensure coherence across multiple projects.
- Enforce the use of design patterns and guidance to maintain consistency and quality in program outputs.
- Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals within an Agile framework.
- Identify and resolve architectural issues within communication systems networks and security infrastructures.
- Stay informed of the latest trends and standards in CIS ensuring projects are aligned with industry best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing and refining architecture processes during Agile sprints.
