Role Overview
As a Senior ICT Designer you will be engaged in designing implementing and managing ICT solutions with a focus on database management and system integration. Working in a hybrid model you will split your time between remote work and onsite presence in Amstelveen. This role is central to ensuring the efficient operation and performance of IT infrastructure with a strong emphasis on database management using PostgreSQL.
Key Responsibilities
- ICT Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of ICT solutions ensuring they meet the technical and business requirements of the organisation.
- Database Management: Manage and optimise database systems particularly PostgreSQL to ensure high performance availability and security.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of various systems and applications within the ICT infrastructure ensuring seamless operation.
- SQL Development: Develop optimise and maintain SQL scripts for database management and data analysis.
- Linux Administration: Manage and administer Linuxbased servers and applications as part of the ICT infrastructure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MustHaves:
- Expertise in PostgreSQL database management.
- Extensive experience in ICT implementation and system integration.
- Proficiency in SQL for database management and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration and related technologies.
