CNC Machine Operator

Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Tool & Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. The Tool & Die Maker will be responsible for creating repairing and maintaining precision tools dies jigs and fixtures used in the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work with a variety of materials and machinery.

Requirements / Prior Experience:

• Milling experience

• Metal Grinding experience

• Wire EDM experience

• CNC experience

• Lathe experience (not as critical)

• Design fabricate and assemble tools dies jigs and fixtures according to blueprints sketches and specifications.
• Inspect and troubleshoot tools and dies to identify wear damage or defects.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tools and dies to ensure they function properly and meet production standards.
• Sharpen polish and adjust tools and dies to maintain high precision and quality
